It's seem PR0 but they've good prepared in their SEO for their site. SEF URLs and free submit without reciprocal required might be their strength point but seems to look in a long run. However they've good categorized and IMO, I think this site has a good opportunities to growth if they can maintain their quality. 4 point for this site is reasonable.

Fabolous, it's absolute SEO friendly and niche directory for US real estate. It's directlink with no-redirect. You should take a look, it's may be too simple but useful with their good categorized.
Their cons. is they accept only real estate related.

Hi, I've visited this real estate directory and found its useful. Well categorized , SEF URLs and SEO friendly outbound links. (direct links) The excellent its FREE without reciprocal required but they accepts only real estate resources. For Real Estate webmaster its worthwhile enough to visit and submit your resources
